Known as the tongue absinthe spoon, this piece features a mixture of squares and small holes in its grill. It is an exact reproduction of a late 19th century absinthe spoon. A traditional spoon that typically would have been found in most bistros and bars throughout Europe in pre-ban absinthe days (before 1915). Because of its long tongue, this spoon will fit many larger glasses than some of its counterparts.
